Hello Jordan. What I know, the first versions of this builders was released in this years:

DIVI builder: 2013
Seed Prod: 2012
Elementor: 2016
Thrive Architect: 2015
Beaver Builder: 2014

From this perspective, all well-known page builders on the market have been around for quite some time, and as far as I know, they are regularly updated. Therefore, the decision will rather be based on the requirements for the page builder, and also on the pricing plan of each individual page builder.
